"Rio del Desierto" is the largest piece to date from my Aeroscapes™️ Series, an ongoing body of work I've developed over the past decade transforming views from airplane window seats into original landscape art. This piece captures the moment I descended through clouds on approach into Albuquerque, then reimagines the scene with a network of rivers flowing through our high desert landscape—a vision of water abundance in an arid land.
